1 can of pink salmon.
1 diced onion.
1 egg.
1/4 cup of EACH cornmeal and flour each.
Not combined. Each..
1 Ts of salt. Pepper and garlic powder..each.
Over medium heat, heat oil in a medium skillet. Combine canned salmon, beaten egg, onions and 1/4 cup corn meal 1/4 cup of flour. Form into patties and dust with additional corn meal (optional). Fry until golden brown, about 3 minutes on each side. Best if you use a cast iron skillet.

ReplyDeleteI tried your recipe last night and they were excellent! I had one for breakfast this morning. I'll be using this recipe from now on and thank you. I think I should have made them thinner and cooked less, but they were delicious!
