BRANDON'S FRUIT PIZZA

This is my nephew's favorite. everytime I have a BBQ he would request this pizza

2 pkgS. (16.5 oz.) refrigerated sugar cookies, sliced
2 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups assorted fresh fruit
kiwi and strawberry slices,(add what you like)
1ts of lemon juice

in a mixer- blend the cream cheese, vanilla sugar and juice

Heat oven to 350°F.
Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil spray with cooking spray. Arrange cookie dough slices in single layer in prepared pan; press together to completely cover bottom of pan. 
the goal is to make 1 big cookie
Bake 10-12 min.; cool completely.
you want to bake the cookie , so it is still soft, you dont want it to crispy.
you wanna take it out of the oven when it starts to brown on the bottom

DO NOT BAKE ON THE BOTTOM RACK
