Ingredients
- 6-8 country-style pork ribs
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon chop and steak season
- 1 onion
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 Tablespoon cold water
Instructions
- Lightly sprinkle the country-style ribs with salt and all of the other seasonings including the pepper.
- Cut the onion into slices and place them into the bottom of the crockpot.
- Arrange the pork ribs in the slow cooker on top of the onions.
- Add the cream of mushroom soup over the pork ribs.
- Sprinkle the paprika over the soup.
- Cover and cook on the low setting for 8 hours, or on high setting for about 4 hours.
- Remove the pork to a serving plate and keep warm.
- Stir together the flour and water.
- Pour the flour mixture into broth in the crockpot to thicken the gravy.
- Turn the slow cooker to the HIGH heat setting and continue cooking for about 5 minutes or until gravy is thickened.
