Spareribs


  • 1tablespoon cumin
  • 1tablespoon paprika
  • 1tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1tablespoon granulated onion
  • 1tablespoon chili powder
  • 1tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1teaspoon black pepper
  • 1teaspoon white pepper

DIRECTIONS

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container. Pack on the dry rub onto your next rack of ribs.

cook ribs for 8 minutes per side for a total of 40 minutes----flip every 8 minutes but dont cook for more than 40 minutes
