Ingredients

1/4 cup crumbled Mexican cheese , cotija(a salty, crumbly cheese, you can substitute feta)
A few sprigs of fresh cilantro, chopped.

Instructions
Add the zucchini, onions, and jalapeño to the pan. Sprinkle with salt and cumin and garlic.
