Bacon and cheese Frittata
Ingredients
5 slices bacon
6 eggs
1 cup milk
spray oil
2 mini muffin pans
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons of parsley flakes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or mexican blend
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (175 degrees C).spray 2 mini muffin pans
place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and crumble.
Beat eggs, milk, onion powder, salt, and ground pepper in a bowl; pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley flakes, bacon, and Cheddar cheese.pour eggs into muffin pans.
Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, 20 minutes.
