OVEN ROASTED POTATOES
Ingredients
- 8-10 small red potatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt and black pepper
- 1/4 CUP OF PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
Directions
- Adjust oven rack to lowest position and heat oven to 350 degrees. Toss potatoes with oil, salt garlic powder , onion powder and pepper. Arrange, cut side down, on a large cookie sheet .
- Roast until tender and golden brown, about 30 minutes (flip after15 minutes). Transfer to a serving dish.
- sprinkle with parmesan cheese
