Lemon glaze icing



 Ingredients

1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1 3/4 cups powder sugar 
a few drops food coloring , yellow


Instructions 
  1. Combine the lemon juice and 1½ tbsp of warm water in a small bowl, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Sieve the icing sugar in a deep bowl, gradually add the lemon juice-water mixture to it and mix very well till smooth.
  3. Add the lemon colour and lemon essence and mix well.
  4. Use immediately.
