BLACK EYED PEA SALSA


“Share" To your page
2 cans black eye peas (drained and rinsed)
2 diced tomatoes
1/2 diced red onion
1/2 orange bell pepper
1 jalapeño
4 green onions
1/3 cup cilantro
packet of dry italian dressing
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
1/2 tsp. sugar
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Mix it all together and serve with tortilla chips
