Chicken and Waffles


2 Eggs
1 Cup of Milk
I cut up a chicken breast...sliced thin
mixed half flour and half corn starch....
dip the chicken in a bowl of egg and milk.mixture
then in the flour mixture
to keep it nice and juicy...
only cook 3-4 minutes per  side

 waffles
 ..2 cups flour.
 2 cups milk.
1tb baking powder.
2 eggs. A little. Sugar and salt
mix together and cook in waffle maker
