SALTINE CHICKEN CUTLETS

2 PACKS OF CHICKEN CUTLETS:

 smash 30 crackers in a freezer bag. 
1 cup of mashed potato flakes
1 cup of flour
 add to a bowl with
 1tb spoon EACH  of salt, GARLIC POWDER  and BLACK pepper MIXED TOGETHER
 in a separate bowl mix 2 eggs and 1 cup of milk... 
dip chicken in the milk and then in the cracker mixture and then add to hot oil and cook for 4 minutes per side. (AS CUTLETS ARE THIN)
