SOURDOUGH GRILLED CHEESE

2 slices of sourdough bread
2 slices of american cheese
2 tb of mayonnaise

spread mayo on bread add 2 slices of american cheese  and cook til brown on each side on med heat.
about 2 to 3 minutes.
for the best sandwich in the world.
