My siblings and I have experimented with a lot of diets around and so far, the 3 Day Military diet stood out because of the following: it was a low carb diet so you don't feel sluggish, it has a set menu with the right amount of calories you need, AND there's no fancy or hard cooking involved! We all go to work and the we can just brown bag the food and be done with it! Most are vegetables, lean meats and fruits anyway so the food selection was also inexpensive.
