Tilapia w/ Bechemel sauce






first step make bechemel sauce before fish goes into the oven.- 

to make the Bechemel sauce
1 tb real butter
1 tb flour
1/4 ts of seasoned salt
1 1/2 cups of milk
1 ts of black pepper
melt butter, blend in four add season and pepper
 then add milk after 1 minute- cook until it bubbles. remove from heat and pour over fish.
bake fish on 300 uncovered for 30 minutes uncovered


6-8 Tilapia fillets, 
I used frozen and took it out of the freezer the night before.
1 Ts               Lemon Pepper
2 Tb                Lemon juice
1ts                  Seasoned salt
1 Tbls                 chopped parsley

Steps
1. Place Tilapia,  in a 13×9 baking dish, try not to overlap the fillets
2. Pour lemon juice, over the fillets
3. Season the filets evenly with lemon pepper and seasoned salt
cook and pour hot bechemel sauce over fish and bake on 300 uncovered for 30 minutes.
remove  then sprinkle with parsley flakes and cover with foil and let it sit for 5 minutes,
