Bacon and cheese Frittata


  • 5 slices bacon
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • spray oil
  • 2 mini muffin pans

  • 1/2 teaspoon  onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley flakes 
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or mexican blend
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt


  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (175 degrees C).spray 2 mini muffin pans
  2. place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and crumble.
  3. Beat eggs, milk, onion powder, salt, and ground pepper in a bowl; pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley flakes, bacon, and Cheddar cheese.pour eggs into muffin pans.
  4. Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, 20 minutes.
