Bacon and cheese Frittata
Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- spray oil
- 2 mini muffin pans
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons of parsley flakes
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or mexican blend
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (175 degrees C).spray 2 mini muffin pans
- place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and crumble.
- Beat eggs, milk, onion powder, salt, and ground pepper in a bowl; pour into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with parsley flakes, bacon, and Cheddar cheese.pour eggs into muffin pans.
- Bake in preheated oven until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, 20 minutes.
