NO BAKE MAC & CHEESE






2 - 3 cups of pasta  (like shells or elbow macaroni)

1 tb of  butter
1 tb of  flour
2 cups of  milk
1 block of sharp cheddar
1 block of mozzarella
1 cup  Parmesan
1 ts of black pepper
1 ts of seasoned salt
WHILE THE WATER IS BOILING GRATE CHEESE OR SHRED IN A FOOD PROCESSOR- I LOVE MY PROCESSOR!!
Instructions
Boil 4-6 quarts of water in a large pot. Add a tablespoon of BUTTER and pour in uncooked pasta. 
Cook according to package directions.
Drain pasta into a large strainer and set aside.

Add butter to the pot over medium-low heat and melt. Stir in flour and cook for several minutes, stirring often, until golden brown. then  add  milk  and mix well until hot, not boiling).  stir often, bringing to a simmer while it thickens.  when the sauce is thick and coats the back of a spoon it is ready !!!!!!
. Stir in a pinch of salt and pepper . Remove from heat and add cheeses, stirring constantly until completely melted.
Stir pasta into the cheese sauce. Divide into bowls and serve hot.
